Purchase Terms

Please make your purchase selections with care. All sales are final.

We urge you to make direct inquiries with specific questions about any item you intend to purchase. Use the website’s ‘Contact Us’ form for purchase inquiries.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our items that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device’s display of any color will be consistent or an exact match to items received.

All purchases include USPS tracking information. Higher cost shipments may also require a signature for delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange purchased items that may be damaged in shipping with an identical item to the one originally purchased. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. Should an item arrive damaged, it should be noted with the carrier, and you must notify us immediately by sending an email to: talbotworks@mac.com for a replacement procedure. Claims for damage not made within two days of item receipt may be rejected. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt.

Return shipping to us will be at buyer’s expense, item(s) should be in the original shipping container and include tracking. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship a replacement within one business day in most cases. We will pay the shipping cost for the replacement item to you. Depending on where you live, the transit time both ways to replace a damaged item may vary.
